Have a straight back, flex stomach, and look straight or up.
Slowly down and a bit faster up will be just good.
All the way down or "ass to grass."
And for the love of everything loveable in man, dont use a pad.
The pad makes you look like a voulcher and wrecks your form.
looking up is almost as bad as looking down
