this was the routine i followed for about 8 months with lots of success.

over the summer i'll be doing almost exclusively outdoor/strongman type workouts, starting in a couple weeks

however, since you guys are the most compulsively over-analytical and nitpicky fitness bunch i know, i'm consulting you for possible changes when i go back to this winter routine

workout A: squat, bench, bb row - dips
workout B: squat, ohp, deadlift - chin ups
work abs every time at the end

it is every other day, so monday ON, tuesday OFF, wednesday ON, etc... http://stronglifts.com/5x5/

Your arm day has 1 tricep lift, which is the biggest muscle in your arm

Tfw you have 100 working weight reps total on squats, then a million calf raises and then do 50 reps of deadlifts the next day


Dat programming


I'd do something much more juicy like:

Legs + chest - high volume

Deadlift + back + arms

Legs + chest - high intensity

OP, post these gains u have made, before and after photo, or just one or other who cares, just something to show proof, and not spewing more bullshit
