I wouldn't recommend preworkout, you dont need it. If you must, placebo yourself with a bunch of sugar capsules and caffeine capsules. Mix them all in a big bag and just take one everyday.
But if you want to buy powder, I recommend Mr Hyde.
Years ago I used C4, then switched to a half scoop of Mr Hyde and it felt like I took 8 scoops of C4. Obv you build up a tolerance quickly, but that stuff is no joke, especially compared to C4. Still get tingles though
Lol bro my friend just overdosed on that and had to get his stomach pumped after passing out.
& I just like taking the pwo when I'm not really feeling like working out to get that little boost (mostly mental)
