I want to be 7/8% body fat by mid to late June. I'm 9/10% right now.
I'm desperate for some suggestions, I keep my weight training intense , heavy weights. Usually everything is in the 8-12 rep range.
I do HIIT cardio twice a week. Drink a gallon of water a day. What more can I do? I cut back on my calories and try my hardest to eat protein infatuated foods when I do eat such as tuna melts, protein bars, chicken...

How did you come up with that statement? Could you please provide facts stating its hard to get to 7-8% without roids?

It's possible. I've talked to guys who do it. I hear a huge calorie deficit is the best way to go about it though.

Yeah sure I can.
Go to someone who's been competing and ask him how you can get to 7% BF.
I'm pretty sure half the people in here don't even have the genetics to get 7% without becoming ill.

I await you're response.

Also, OP is doing "heavy weights" and says 8-12 hehe, great.

And who are these? I know professionals so what you're saying sounds very strange to me.
What is their BMI to start with?

Get to 25+ BMI and have 7% if you say you're not on heavy dosages of substances you're talking shit 100%.
