Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods from the four food groups to feel good and maintain your health.
How to eat healthy
Follow these steps to help you eat healthy:
Eat the right types of food to fit your needs.
Read food labels to compare and choose between options.
Eat the recommended amount of food for your age, sex, and activity level.
Limit foods and drinks that are high in calories, fat, sugar, and sodium. --> YES these are UNNECESSARY and yes they are NOT ideal to consume when you want to loose weight so you do want to limit them as they provide minimal benefit in this case. inb4 - fucking stupid statements by people, already inafter-4 fucking whiteee statements. I don't want to hear about "i eat sodium and im 16 and my blood pressure is normal says my doctor" or " my doctor said my cholesterol is normal -- and im a 19 year old with no genetic risk factors".
GOVERNMENT ALERT - YES THEY GET PAID A LOT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY TO DO "research" for this shit -- so we can answer whiteee questions with the final part of the quote:

Eating well along with being active can also lower your risk of disease and help you reach--and maintain--a healthy weight.
I don't think this is rocket science.

To actually answer the OP:
1. Bake a huge lasagna and cut it up and freeze it in portions..
2. Broil chicken breast and get a rice cooker... cook the rice and vegetables, you can freeze the chicken breast. Just put enough rice in the cooker for a few days in advance while you fry up vegetables you like. you can add corn and peas and pre cut frozen vegetables if you're cheap - just add them to the cooker when the rice is about 3/4 done. You can also make the chicken and freeze some of it and buy premade alfredo sauce and such - just thaw a chicken breast and slice it over some freshly boiled noodles and cover it in sauce.
3. make bulk spaghetti sauce in different styles each week - meatballs, meatsauce, etc. and just make fresh noodles... you can probably boil it while youre in the shower each morning... if youre cool with the stove being on then
