Thinking of starting to take this melatonin gummies to aid me sleep, since I'm never sleepy at night and can stay up till 3am with no problem
Do they affect metabolism or my diet in anyway or I shouldn't worry?

I use to take these desolving ones to help with sleeping for restfully. However I noticed that I grinded my teeth alot when on those. After I got off them I stopped grinding my teeth. They were helpful though.

Took it for awhile, didn't have any side effects. Didn't work for me, but I know other people have had success with them.

No worries in regard to affecting your metabolism directly.
Remember, this should be a short-term fix, look towards fixing your sleeping patterns through different means such as:
-Don't lounge in a chair/bed, except when you plan to sleep
-stay away form your bedroom except when sleeping/having sex
-avoid stimulants in the hours prior to sleep
-avoid eating a heavy meal just before sleep (not due to metabolism issues, simply that some find the added pressure in their gut makes it difficult to sleep)

when do you wake up? i used to have sleep problems like that. after i started waking up at 5am every day (including weekends), it helped bring my sleep time from 2am to 11pm
