on like a 35 degree incline, did 100 lb dumbells each hand, chest press

only got 4 reps though

not half reps either

then did one more set of 100 lbs, and only got 3 reps


finally hit 6 reps at 95 lbs the set before, so i went to hundos


them feels when u drop them on the ground and whole gym makes loud crack of thunder, cause fuk trying to get them back on ur knees

Good job on the reps.

On another note, you shouldn't be dropping the dumbells because injury or breakage can occur. It will also train a bad form when you descend after the weight press.

Truly though, if you're dropping them and absolutely cannot help it, I recommend sticking with the 90s and see how you go.

sometimes i just throw the weights for fun, not cause i cant get them to my knees, i dont even perform an exercise just throw them.....

i can put 90s back on my knees yeah, but hundos make that big difference and cannot, cause 4 reps is my max as of now, so out of energy by then

didnt know its bad form to drop them? as long as u dont hold on and fuk ur shoulder or elbows?

nah, why would i? i carry them to bench, make sure bench is as close as possible, dont wanna walk far with hundos lol

but i do take like 30 sec rest just sitting on bench and make sure im breathing at a nice pace before i lean back and press dem
