If I'm about to have surgery with 7/10 days of nonactive rest what should I exactly due?
I won't be able to eat anything but liquids or soft foods for that rest period?
Continue to hit cutting macros?
Increasing macros?
Train a lot pre surgery so I have a nice week/10 day rest period?
Ect... ect... insert brosciences

Either the second sentence is true or it isn't, not sure why there's a question mark. Either you're having a surgery that would expressly limit your ability to eat food (dental stuff) or you aren't (you won't have a problem eating if you have like, ACL repair). If you can't exercise, you should reduce your caloric intake for the period you can't exercise (because you'll be consuming more calories than you're burning). Up until the surgery, continue your workout plan as normal.

It's not rocket science.. eat maintenance or over maintenance. Focus on recovering. 10 days won't kill you.
