I'm in the same boat. I gain size at a very slow pace compared to some people I know but I keep getting stronger so idgaf. Plus I'd rather not have stretch marks.
Biceps have only grown like 1/2" flexed in the last 5 months of working out, but I've gone from 3x8x60lb preacher curl to 3x8x80 no problem. No 1rm but that's a 33.3% based on the numbers.
