So im trying to lose weight, doing a lo of cardio and sports. However during mayb 8-10 pm i always get rather hungry, hunger no amount of water can fix.

So ive started eating trail mix, wondering if it is allright? Contains

Unsalted peanuts
Unsalted walnut
Raisin
Dried apricot
Cashews

Any input would be sweet cheers

Water doesn't have calories, so it can't stop hunger.

Aim for something high in protein, as it'll make you feel more full.

Any food item is fine at the end of the night (as long as you watch your macros).
I like to aim for something high in protein, low in carbs before bed.

Cottage Cheese is perfect. High in protein, it'll fill you up, and it's slow digesting.

protein and carbs are good as a night snack, nothing too high in fat cause you don't want to be digesting shit the entire time you're asleep

inb4 carbs before bed are bad

as was said cottage cheese, rice, rice crackers, whatever

Some people sprinkle cinnamon on it. I find it tasty by itself personally.

I used to put cottage cheese on pears too.
