whats up HnF, as some of you may have seen my friend and I started a YouTube channel and we're trying to put out a video a week or so
today we just posted what I think is our best one so far, if you guys could all help a brother out and watch it, like it whatever and just give us some feedback!

I'm the white guy and my friend is the azn dude. inb4 hate on the zyzz tank, the first day I came onto HnF I saw a thread that Zyzz just died and that's the reason I started lifting and became a creeper on this forum, three ish years later I've lost a ton of weight and put on some size and strength. A majority of the info and basics I got were from lurking this forum, so I'd like to thank you all for that <3

thanks for the feedback man, what do you think I needed to work on? my friend definitely needs to work on his rom for incline benches I'd agree

i dont get it, why do you only do 1-2 exercice per muscle and still get muscle growth?

i need to do 4-5 or i just dont feel it

we have two upper body days each week! so lots of volume total just spread out over a week

Lower down the music volume a bit aswell, while I can hear you talking clearly the music is loud enough to distract me

and a couple of smaller kids who havent been lifting long enough to give fitness advice, trying to.

so you basicly do :

day1 : upp body
day2 : lower body
day3 :rest
day4 : upper
day5 : lower?

do u do abs or cardio

just fix your press rom with dbs, they should touch the shoulders everytime.
and fixate your back on seated rows, this isn't a seated deadlift.

those are the two main red flags
