Today I started counting calories.
Only problem is that I don't know what calorie intake I should aim for, I wanna lose weight fast.

My friend told me ~1700 cal/day, should I try to do it?
We were a similar size (started my cut at 265). Currently down quite a bit, I would recommend 1900-2300 if you want fast results. I lift 5-7 times a week and cardio a minimum of 5 and eat clean. I have lost 43 lbs so far, of which about 8 lbs was sadly mass. Now approaching the final stretch (probably have a month or so left). That has worked for me.
