Hello.

I want to build some more muscles and work on my overall fitness.

Here some basic informations about me:

27 years old. 164lbs/82kg. 184cm (aka ~6foot1?)
I can run in a medium pace for about 25 minutes.
I can do 10 clean pullups on my pullup bar with a wide grip.
I can do around 20-25 clean slow pushups on the floor (depening on the day)
I have 4 1-hand dumbbells with lots of different weights, a yoga mat, a gymnast ball, a nice pullup bar with different grips, a nice area to go running just outside the door.

Im quite sporty but what im missing is some workout routine. im doing random shit every other day that doesnt rly push me forward.
I dont want to get super ripped but wanna gain some muscles and decreasing my bodyfat a little bit. focus should be on the back muscles cuz i have a stiff neck often and i guess building muscles around the neck/upper back helps against that.
One more thing: im a semi-vegetarian. i point that out cuz lots of people advise u to eat tons of chicken. thats not an option to me for several reasons.

Any help on finding a good starting routine is highly appreciated!

10 pull ups? that's nothing.

I have completed 13 1 second up / 1 second down pull ups with 45 lbs upon my body.

You're so far behind, you might as well just quit.
