Could anyone please provide me with some good workout plans / diet plans for the best results?
All help is very appreciated.

I am a Freshman in college and have access to pretty much all equipment.

Of course.
Just unhappy with my body ever since I stopped playing sports.

I'm currently attending PSU and it's fucking awesome.
Drinking 3-4 nights out of the week is really taking a toll on my body though. Lol

Yeah your going to have to limit your drinking to weekends if you want to get big in a sense other than being a fat ass. With a great deal of practice one day youll be able to drink even at the gym, making protein shakes with tequila.

/e nobody will admit it but thats how arnold got so big.

ha, i had a bad experience with tequila a couple years ago. so i dont even want to think about it.

6'1"/185 lbs.
