21 - 6'4 - 160lb
Max Bench - 195
Max Squat - 325
Max Deadlift - 355

Lifting for < 2 years.
Starting weight was 145.

Basically it's coming down to not eating enough throughout the day.
Not enough calories, protein.. ect

I was wondering if any of you could give me some tips or advice to making it easier for myself to eat more or gain more calories/proteins.
I always have energy for the gym. When I do eat, its fairly healthy. Usually what happens though is that i will eat and then I won't get hungry again.
Any products or tips you have for me will be greatly appreciated!

I had a hard time eating too, so I just made a huge blended calorie shake in the morning and ate "normal" for the rest of the day.

Sure it's not that delicious, but only takes 5 minutes to consume.

Put in:
Peanut butter
Protein powder
Oats
Banana / other fruits
Some liquid (milk, juice w/e)

or add whatever you like.

IMO replace some of your water with juice. instead of 4L water, try 2L water and 2L juice. that's an extra 1000 calories a day

Yeah, fuck it lets just pump you full of sugar, that has zero other implications on the body.

Just eat more. It's as simple as that. I don't care if you aren't hungry. You can force yourself through that and eventually you will become accustom to eating more.

Its as simple as that. If you are full but need more calories, force more down. It will only be hard for a short period of time.

Lol a lot of fat people would love to have this problem.. Im not sure if your trying to gain more weight as in muscle or just overall weight.. Just try to eat more high calorie foods, shop around for a protein powder that's high in calories and have 1 in the am and pwo if you have trouble eating.

Try a mass gainer like mutant mass and supplement that with your diet as it is.

If I'm struggling to put on weight for a week or two, I increase my mass gainer intake from 2 scoops to 4, and add milk in with it if it's in the evening. Went from like 148 to 168 doing this, but eating more in general too. Try and eat every 3 hours and at least 300 calories each time you eat.
