important qualities needed for your sunglasses or dont buy them imo....

Polarized = helps against glare
Lenses block 99% or 100% of UVB and UVA rays
Lenses meet ANSI Z80.3 blocking requirements. (This refers to standards set by the American National Standards Institute.)
UV 400 protection. (These block light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, which means that your eyes are shielded from even the tiniest UV rays.)

my problem is where to get a pair, where do you bros get ur sunglasses?

it seems like the only ones with all protection is gonna be at least $20 or more. I dont mind spending the money, but I would like to find a nice reputable place to buy them.

Also what style do you bros like? I seem to like the open lens sports styles and aviator styles.

BEWARE if your sunglasses are cheapos they may cause more damage to your eyes then if you were not wearing them at all. the protection is needed and I still dont get the way to test your glasses if they are truly protected myself. Anyone that knows, feel free to give tip ty.

EDIT:

looks like Bolle and Oakley are the best brands for protection. they are 100 bucks per pair though =/

UV rays cause denaturation of lens proteins leading to cataracts, I think everybody needs to wear sunglasses.

So then how would we build up a natural resistance if we never exposed ourselves?

Iv had a pair of Oakley monster dogs for 8 years, they have been tossed around, dropped multiple times. Still solid as fuck, even with original lenses( replacements are cheap)

I watched a youtube video about how to pick the perfect sunglasses for your face. In the intro he talked about walking around in the sunlight without sun glasses (causing you to squint your eyes) that squinting will make you age quicker and wrinkle up.

Is that true? Balla?!?

Broscience or real science?

Yeah squinting will cause that.

I also have oakleys.. I'd shop around for used ones though, can go to tons of forums that would sell them (even random ones you wouldn't expect like pbnation)

Or if you have a friend in the military / gov contractor then they could get a nice discount.
