I need to define the movements of the right leg and foot and explain the involvement of all relevant bones and muscles. (Just the main muscles and bones )

I have hip flexion , and plantar flexion but I really am not sure what else...

Help would be greatly appreciated.

What is happening in the knee joint??

What is causing the knee joint to do this movement??

What is happening in the ankle joint??

What is causing the ankle joint to do this movement??

What is happening in the hip joint??

What is causing the hip joint to do this movement??

Answer those and you should be good.

E/ don't really want to do your work for you, as you won't learn much. Took biomechanics during my Kin degree so if you have future questions pm me if you want. Won't give you straight answers, but I'll lead you to the answer.

im not a bio mechanic or a ballerina but wouldn't the ankle remain stationary against the left knee? id imagine you would mostly use your right knee and right hip to generate the spinning motion.

/e and arms/torso.

the spinning motion is irrelevant , just looking at the right leg and foot
