How come sugar is less than desirable to consume after a workout or any physical activity?
Scientifically speaking, what does it inhibit?

Sugar is just carbs in the most simple form.
As for post workout supposedly carbs inhibit growth hormone if consumed to soon post workout.
And that's any carbs not just sugar.
But the effect is negligible. ao eat w.e u want post workout is my mentality.
