I've started doing some workout excersise with dumbells 10lb/20lb So I can start building muscle ..well more then I have in my upper body.

I did my first workout yesterday doing various bicep curls and tricep exercise and woke up yesterday and couldn't extend my arms fully, to sore. Now this morning they r still kind of sore but I can extend them fully with a little bit of pain.

When should I start working out again. In the days between I've been doing jogging outside and crunches and lunges. . When can I workout my biceps again

you're asking the wrong question. if you randomly imitate movements you saw on tv for random exercises and random sets/reps, you're asking for trouble.

do you have a gym nearby? if not, what equipment do you have and what are your goals?

I'd suggest power walking (speed walking will tone ur legs) n just curl and shoulder press your dumbells while walking

Do all the big calisthenic movements and use your dumbbells afterwards.

Pullups/Pushups/Crunches/Squats/Lunges/ Sprints. Then just do various curls/ triceps extensions.

I shall do this :) . I do the pushup crunches the same day as the bicep triceps workout but I'll do them in that order. I usually do my running at the end for a cool down type of thing like a 20 minute jog with a few sprints in between

when you work out a muscle hit it hard then wait at least 72 hours before working that muscle again. will give it time to fully heal.

What magical bro science book did you read that from.

This kid has 20 pound db's and can do body weight exercises, clearly he is novice.

He could do this shit every day or lets say 24 hour rest times. It will still be the same.
