When you're a celebrity with money and you're dedicated to lifting with all the free time that they have... it's not hard to gain mass like what he has done


A lot of my friends from highschool had become physical freaks. You'd assume that they took supplements, but na man... shit

like this can easily be attained. If you think it's hard, then maybe you've never done it before or you're doing it wrong.

Focus on what you eat. You'll see most improvements by watching what you eat vs going to the gym 5 days a week 3 hours a day


Workout hard, if you aren't sweating you're not working out lol... and never eat till your full. Eat to where you're just about full but still hungry and can eat more
