I'll post updates on my weight loss. I'm currently 206lbs. Plan on losing 8-10lbs per month. My goal is 40lbs by August.
your inevitably gonna fail or its gonna be basically a sugar smoothie loaded with fruits so u can even choke the thing down lol..
i have a blend tec and drink smoothies daily... but only 1 a day..
why not just a well rounded diet? and something thats sustainable for the rest of ur life basically...
