So I usually premake 2 meals a day for 3 days in advance. But I've noticed people make entire weeks worth on their prep day.

Would it be safe to reheat and eat on Saturday, if I cooked and stored it in the fridge on the Sunday before? (6 days)

but ya should be fine cooked chicken stays good for a while.. might be dry as fuck tho depending how it's stored

4 Days tops.

People who mass make that much food usually freeze half of it, and pull it halfway through the week.

dunno why you would cook so much in advance. takes like 30 min tops to season and cook chicken breast in the oven...

Living that crazy life atm. Work 10 hours a day, gym 2 hours a day, volunteer jobs, lady friend, sleep 8 hours. Every 30 minutes saved is worth it. Ha

Thanks Lads. I'll stick with 2 preps a week.

Used to prep once a week on Sundays, have since changed to Sunday and Wednesday prep days.

The quality is noticeably superior, and often times ill find myself cooking something different on Wednesdays, after having consumed 3+ meals of the same stuff earlier in the week.

I've eaten chicken that was in the fridge for 6-7 days max.. and that's only because I am stingy since I have such a small budget for food.

But yes it will be very dry, but hot sauce helps lol

I'm sure this is completely fine


Out where I live and this is popular in LA as well


They send out a weeks (it's actually 5 day plan) worth of meal plan. All prepped out for you, all freshly made.


All you have to do is microwave, and eat


7 days should be fine but just look at it, smell it, and use your best judgement.

Up to a week the chicken is still fine... I just dont know why you would ever want to eat it. Make something new every 3 days or freeze it
