really interesting, i like shit like this, and the idea of training deep muscles just as well as superficial muscles.

Don't post here a lot because it makes my head hurt and makes me more stupid usually.

However, Greg nuckols is the shit, if you want to read a lot of his stuff about squatting you should check out his site.

its not absolutely god awful but still makes me cringe. i see worse at my schools gym, some of the people must have so much medial knee laxity its disgusting.

toe out position puts knee on the brink of valgus, lots of medial shear force will be detrimental to MCL/ACL/medial meniscus. if hes not careful it could lead to a snap
