And I gotta say, after all this time, I kind of missed it.

Over the last 2 years + I've mostly only been training one good real life friend of mine and focusing on other things.

I just got a promotion at work which means now I get a lot of internet free time and very little mental exhaustion. It allows me to not be tired as fuck when I get home so I picked up a couple clients here and there and it feels nice.

And I figured with all that time I get to browse the net at work (I really missed being able to do that, holy shit), I could start making training programs on jsp for FG again.

I saw a lot of new faces here, so I'm not gonna pretend like I need no introduction. I'm Burns, I used to be on H&F all the time a few years ago. I trained for strongman competitions back then and have since gotten injured (and a bruised ego) which led to a complete stop in training (myself and others). I wrote several articles about training. Some of which are outdated (and I've since known better), others still hold very true and useful to this day.

Here are a few examples:

Despite not working out anymore, I have still kept myself as up to date as I could with new articles and trends. I have been certified with ISSA and Charles Poliquin ICP. To be quite honest, those certifications mean almost nothing compared to my personal experience in the gym. I worked as an independent personal trainer for 2 years full time and I've helped a truckload of JSPers achieve their goals in the past. I'm here to do this again.

If you have questions, you can PM them or post here.

Edit: I just clicked the article about splits and realized it's from 2009. Has it really been that long? OMFG!

I thought it was 2 years ago, but it seems like my sense of time is complete garbage.

I'm 27 now, I stopped a few months before I turned 24.

I stopped because I injured my knee/foot/lower back pretty badly (The handle of a 400lbs farmer's walk broke off. I was still holding on to the other one so it dragged me down pretty fast while the one that broke off fucked up my knee and foot.)

That was only a year after I had finally recovered from my pectoral tear. When I realized I had no shot at competing in WSM I just gave up training entirely.
