Give it time, stretch more (before you lift, after you lift, and when you're at home/work/whatever), and foam roll. Know the difference between dynamic and static stretching.

After a month of being sore it'll subside I rarely get sore anymore, i do like 2 mins of dynamic stretches beforegand and foamrolling if i need it

dynamic stretching prior and static post workout helps

Personally I do both virtually every single workout but if I don't get doms I don't feel like I did enough.

I don't really get sore. Today I deadlifted at 90%, I dont feel a damn thing. Did OHP at 80% as well and did weighted chins. No soreness.

I do ample warm up sets before i start my working sets.

Ex. Deadlift

5-10 reps at 135
5 reps at 225
3 reps at 315
1 rep at 365
Start into working sets.

Doing the movement warms me up!
