i have not thrown up in like a year at least, last time was sick

i sometimes get a bit nauseous when drinking protein shakes, threw up many years ago like once or twice from them, but never recently

until today, just puked from nose and mouth... eeekkk

da faq

im not hungry, but i know i need more foods

how to combat this

Milk / cheese / nuts / frozen yoghurts. Just rationalize your meals and you should be fine.

Stop taking protein shakes and eat??

I used to almost throw up each and every single time I was taking a protein shake with chocolate taste (more like shit taste). But I did it anyways cause I didn't wanna throw it out. Until I got a new protein shake with a new flavor.

Don't be a pussy. Seriously.

I spend 45 mins to an hour eating one meal sometimes. Towards the end it takes me a whole minute to chew one bite because Im so full. It's called manning up.

If it takes me two hours so be it. I'm gonna eat all my meals no matter what. I've been dead tired awake for 17 hours and still wouldn't go to bed until I finished my last meal of the day.
