do back workouts help prevent u from slouching or straighten ur back up? for example, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, pullups etc..

over time they can.. if it is due to a weak back.. or you could be very tight and stretching / foam rolling could help loosen you up.

a lot of people will have rounded shoulders and just rear delt / upper back directed work can help a lot with that

Agreed, traps as well.

I have a sitting job and normally I would not sit perfectly, nor do I focus on it. Did many physical labour in my teenage years, never caring about lifting right etc. I focus on it and I work standing now (desks can go up).

no they won't. if you want better posture, practice it actively.

IMO keeps a symmetrically worked out body does help it, along wth actively correcting yourself, my posture improved dramatically after I began lifting, used to be slouched as fuck now I always keep shoulders back and chest out
