Finally did legs this week, after skipping *mutter*mumble* weeks, and FOOKING 'ELL, DOMS like a motherf?!ker.

Almost bad enough for me to change my position to ALWAYS skip leg day. =p

Don't skip leg day. It'll come back to bite you in the @ss... literally, it would seem.

i skipped leg day last night, fell asleep on couch while waiting to digest before starting. fuck, next leg day gonna suck.

I haven't done legs in 3 weeks and plan to wait one more week so a month off. (Due to hip pain that persisted for 3 months. It's finally almost 100% healed)

I can't wait for those doms.

But I NEVER skip leg day. Only take time off for injuries/strains etc

lol legs day is not useful at all, i only do calves for when i wear shorts, but rest of the time, jeans cover your legs anyway so no need

I sadly have skipped leg day the last two weeks like the low life scum I apparently am. I now have to grind out volume leg day on my birthday the day after basketball (3 or so hours of pickup), shit is gonna suck.

Edit: I guess it has been a week, but still.

i walk 3 miles a day, thats more than enough leg workout

Idk man. I never skip legs and get mad delayed onset muscle soreness every single week because I hit legs like a god damned mother fucking beast.

Usually hurts to walk for 2 days and then subsides.

I enjoy legs if I'm strength training. Makes you feel stronk doing deep squats. Hypertrophy legs? No thank you.
