Ive been googling it for quite a while now and i cant find a straight answer.. if take a tea spoon of honey w/ tea will it cause an insulin spike?

A single tea spoon won't spike it tremendously, but there will be a proportional rise in blood levels.

a little bit of a spike in insulin so it can metabolize the glucose, but not much

I usually do it as a pre workout regimen 3x a week will it be a problem if my goal is to lose some fat

Thx but it's not the calories I'm worried about its the insulin spike :O

You shouldn't be worried about either. You are barely consuming 5 of Cho it's really quite negligible

It will give you plenty actually. Do it after an a.m run on an empty stomach in a fat loss regime.
