hi swole m8s, I bought a belt for squatz and deadlifts, it hurt my skin, this is after using it 3* I think

it doesn't look so bad on the picture but we can see it good in real

it doesn't hurt at all, even if I push my finger against it, it's just there

the belt I bought (Inzer Forever 13mm Lever Belt):

I used to wear wrist wraps for cleans and snatches.. And my wrists would be a little sore still...

I went down from like 185 -> 135 doing snatches for like idk a week, then worked back up to 185 the next week (no wraps once I moved to 135 at all) my wrists haven't hurt since and I haven't used a wrap since.. I've heard people like froning say the same thing. It was like using wraps was hindering my wrists from properly building.

I would assume using a belt does the same thing to some extent. If you're maxing out, sure.. But for daily use it can't be as good as natural.

I squat 3 times a week and deadlift 2 times, my lower back needs a little break from all that lifting

not sure why people bitch on using a belt it's useful to me

I know what you mean, I used them in the past because once I started cleaning more weight it was tearing up the callus on my hands so much that I started using straps for awhile. They just never felt right to me.
