Back at it for a few days now... Took a pic of myself and was disgusted. I said "FUCK YOU SHOULDER, I DON'T CARE IF YOU HURT!" I'm done being a pussy and gonna work out regardless of non-stop pain for 2+ years.

been working out with a bad shoulder for a year now, just have to adapt the way you lift or get surgery

yeah my shoulder is from it being ripped out of socket in a fight when I worked in a jail
people always assume its due to form

sucks because surgery costs 10s of thousands and minimum 6 month no lifting another 6 month working up
not wasting a year of my 20s and all that money to one day be able to lift full force again with heavy weight
