i have a lot of difficulty with lunges (my right knee cant get in the right angle even when i lower the weights and all the weight go on my left leg)
except this i do every other heavy leg exercises without any problem
anyone has great alternative to lunges that work the same area please post it here
(doing a bulk program atm)

i couldnt imagine a leg workout without stiff leg deadlifts, feels so good

maybe try jefferson squats?

I refuse to do deadlifts. I am bodybuilding and they are too risky for injury. Ive got great legs and i do
leg press
leg extension
front squats smith machine
dumbbell lunges
leg curls
abductors
adductors
kickbacks
calf raises

i dont lift for strength anymore, my best raw max is 405, but i would rep 315 back then, now i only rep 185 because i do 10x10 on most lifts concentrating on muscle contraction

10x10 at 185 is more impressive than 405 x 1 anyway, gg u beast

Squats have more risk for injury than deadlif... Why does everyone pussy out on deads.
