I'm 6'4 and 1/4 and I weigh around 173-175 right now.

I've been losing weight quite steadily however these rolls on my stomach do not seem to be going away...

I don't know whether to keep cutting or whether I have to do a shitload of crunches to tighten up the skin or what...I can pinch skin like this elsewhere on my body too (thighs, back). Also, since I dropped down from 183 to 175 or so I can now see my upper abs (you should be able to spot them in the pics..).

Everybody has rolls on stomach when they crunch... It's how skin works

Most likely loose skin, but that's what happens when you shred weight.

Crunches won't really do much to help with that. Perform some leg raises/etc.

My end goal is definitely not to be this small (I'd love to be a lean muscular 200+ lbs...)...just psychologically I hate the thickness of these rolls and I wanted them gone before trying to clean bulk again...otherwise if I put on fat while bulking these rolls will just get bigger and I hate them T_T...I've had them ever since I got fat in University (like 220 lbs prob at peak).

i had the same problem. just bulk and build ab muscle, it will show through. then cut once uve built a bit of muscle there

Done that...extremely dirty bulked to 220 lbs...did not work. Rolls just got bigger lol.
