Need help with fiber consumption. At my current state with my colitis, I am getting 35ish grams of fiber each day. I used to use the fiber one bars, but they aren't that great in my opinion and I feel like they are expensive.
I have been using cliff bars the past couple of weeks as they are decent calorie wise, decent fiber wise, and decent in flavor. They are a little on the pricier side though.
Was looking at ON Fiber and I found a tub of 30 servings (5 grams per serving) for 7.29 per, and free shipping with orders high enough, so I would just order in bulk. (Vitamin Shoppe)
Body Building.com is 5.94 but shipping $6.
Anyone have any other ideas of what I could do, snack wise or anything like that? I'm a poor college student that needs fiber for my health and just looking for ideas.
Please no bread or pasta.
