I had a blood test done and out of curiosity I asked for free T. 203.5 ng/ml to my disappointment.

Any ideas on what to look into for treatment? There is a way to kick the endocrine system in the ass and wake it up, just need to figure out how. Not interested in anything that requires me to take it for the rest of my life, though I understand this may take time to fix.

I'd appreciate serious replies

this is about 2 months old...probably look about the same now. I'm not much of a weight lifter anymore (injuries). Just do jiu jitsu nowadays

this seems like something I'd have to do for the rest of my life. My best idea right now is to take an exogenous form of test like you said and hope the gonads wake up, but i'd like to try something a bit "nicer" on the body before I move into hormones

you don't know how your body works.

exogenous test would shut down your testes.

/e also actually research trt.. you will see how safe it is.

no, I don't know how steroids work.

it's not an issue of "safety". it's an issue of physiological sovereignty. reliance on externals isn't acceptable to me.

the body is an intelligence. teach it and it will learn. it just forgot how to work

an active, masculine lifestyle and mindset, and a healthy diet.

your musculature is average and bodyfat is way lower than average, so if your T doesn't increase I wouldn't worry about it.
