iso a diet (homemade recipes, or something i can make easy at home)

im trying to eat enough for optimal muscle growth, AND cutting body fat at the same time

lately i've been eating a shitton of oats, and greek yogurt

but i am iso of MEALS that i can eat


also, the best thing is if it is fairly simple and easy to make, as i am a guy who hasn't really cooked for himself

Beginners and undertrained individuals can easily and often do experience this phenomenon. It is often referred to as recomposition. It is much harder to accomplish this if you already have a decent physique and requires an extreme regimen that isn't sutainable for the majority of individuals.

If you're terribly out of shape, then yes. If you're in decent shape already, then no, you can't do it at the same time (noticeably).
