So I got a really good deal on a shitload of unflavored whey, and I don't know what the fuk to do with it.

What would be a good way to turn into a PWO drink?

Frozen blue berries, frozen strawberries, banana, pomegranate blueberry juice, milk, apple juice, vitamin b complex, creatine, caffeine, and beta alanine. Plus your unflavored whey obviously.

as far as i see it, you got 2 options...

use less water/milk in your shake so the entire thing has less volume, and pound that shit as fast as possible like a man

throw in some fruit, mix it with chocolate milk if it'll fit your diet

buy new protein, I'm in same boat I got stuck with some shittier than unflavored.

Ez 1100 kcal
