To maximize its effectiveness.
I know some of these seem like outlandish claims, especially while being propagated without any evidence to verify.. But i aint no doctor so what do i know

*2 Glasses of water after waking up
-Helps to activate internal organs

*1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal
- helps digestion

*1 glass of water before taking a bath/shower
- helps to lower blood pressure

*1 glass of water before going to bed
-avoids stroke/ heart attack


As I type them out i cant help but feel like they are so circumstantial that they rightly so, have no merit like this.

But Ive read Vivilol claim some strange stuff about consuming hot/cold water and it's effects on the body; so i figure, there may be other interesting things like this

LOL those are comical

here's an idea: drink only water, and only when you are thirsty. like any other animal.

how could drinking water lower your blood pressure, if anything it'll temporarily increase

also thats pretty bullshit, just make sure to stay hydrated

I never knew that sleeping deactivated my internal organs, I'll have to stop doing that!

Drink 1 litre immediately after waking

Brb 8 hour water fast while sleeping, body goes into survival mode. Then boom, 1 litre of water, muscle confusion

I just woke up and haven't drank any water.

I guess my internal organs aren't activated yet.
