I know some of these seem like outlandish claims, especially while being propagated without any evidence to verify.. But i aint no doctor so what do i know
*2 Glasses of water after waking up
-Helps to activate internal organs
*1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal
- helps digestion
*1 glass of water before taking a bath/shower
- helps to lower blood pressure
*1 glass of water before going to bed
-avoids stroke/ heart attack
As I type them out i cant help but feel like they are so circumstantial that they rightly so, have no merit like this.
But Ive read Vivilol claim some strange stuff about consuming hot/cold water and it's effects on the body; so i figure, there may be other interesting things like this
this is the only one ill say is true for sure.
e: more than two glasses. like a quart. before eating anything.
