I had a thought the other day that, when training lower back it will ultimately help you improve your posture merely because its the 'bottom' or 'foundation/support' of your back.
In turn will help you walk with a seemingly bigger butt? Maybe I'm just pointlessly speculating but I figured someone could clarify

Ive always felt like I stand/sit more upright after doing deadlifts, squats, and back extentions
I back pain due to poor posture over past years. Dont think working out lower back ever helped that much
