happens on deadlifts. I actually had what i thought was snap city a few weeksago. Back cracked during deadlifts and it wasn't even a heavy set. Chileld out for 2 weeks and was back to business yesterday.

never been more nervous doing deads lol

you wana talk about nervous... I drank some cheap ass protein yesterday before my routine and it wasn't sitting well.. I go to do some squats and was quite fearful of a blowout of sorts.
