for bench and OHP my left arm tends to get fatigued before my right side . My friend mentioned however that when I do my bench press the bar actually dips on the right side . I'm not sure why this is . Pretty much any other lift where I use both hands my left side gets fatigued quicker . NOW when I switch to single arm exercises like db curls my right arm gets tired before my left arm... It seems that only when I do two handed exercises does my left fatigue first .

Any ideas on why and how I can fix this?

use dumbbells instead of straight bars for presses and curls and work doing them symmetrically. if you're doing single arms curls use your left arm first, if you only get 6 reps match that with your right so they become more proportionate.0

same issue with my whole right side.. which is strange cuz my right side is dominate so youd think it would be stronger.

Thats the opposite of what to do

Just keep going with bar movements and it will even out eventually, your limited by the weak side and right side forces it to come up to par

I'm not expert or anything but could it have to do on your placements on the bar? Like if ones over farther than the other then the other hand is taking more weight.

I don't think that's it . For example when I bench I place my fingers and on those rings so they're in the same position
