What is the best way of getting abs?
Any suggestions?
Yea, sit-ups, crunches, exercise ball.
I've done those for 9 months straight. I can do fkin 80 crunches in a minute and still don't have abs...
I need opinions. Thanks.

Dragon flags?
I got a decent amount of body fat. I believe I have enough to get abs. But I think I just need new ways of exercising my stomach...

You need more bf dude. Only thing that matters.

I use to weigh 150lbs
But now that I got mono, I lost 15-20 lbs :/
I use yo do crunches/sit-ups/ ball exercises 3-4 times a week.
I had the body fat to get the abs and just still.. I'd come so close to getting them but not quite get them.

wait wtf, so you weigh 130-135lbs and you don't have any visible abs? are you like 5 foot tall? or are you a girl?

I have also done the dragon flag before. Not many times. But I have. It. Caused me to feel pain for a day after I did it because it was too much stress. But I've done it a few times at the point where I would feel nothing for the first 5 times I did it.

I am 5'11". I am a guy. Just thin is all
I use to eat a shit ton of junk food and still not gain weight.
I still do eat a decent amount of junk but considering I lost my weight to mono, I will need to gain that fat back

Edit/ I weigh. About 135 right now
I an also off work for another week because of mono.
It is also hard for me to work out when I lift boxes all day for my job 4-5 days a week. Yes, I am part time. I'm 19
