Hi there!

I know some of you are waiting for this so I might as well bring some video footage/training numbers/motivation/inspiration in HnF. :)

21 weeks out so still off season and rehabing squat and deadlift (low numbers for the moment). I'll be able to deadlift sumo in a few weeks. As some of you may know I suffered from back injury that prevented me to train lower body since June. I have a pinched nerve L5-S1 and I have lost sensibility on my left pinky toe. After months of rest back pain is gone and I regained some of my toe sensibility. Slow road to recovery....6 months in.

Goals are:
Bw: 83-93kg
Squat: 200 kg/441 lbs
Bench: 145 kg/320 lbs
Deadlift: 255 kg/562 lbs
Total: 600 kg/1322 lbs

So far in my past competitions:

@Shakti
I have kept every workouts I've done since I started lifting in may 2011! Also have hundreds of videos. I'm a nerd of weightlifting as I commit to read and learn about this subject everyday of my life. It has become more than just a hobby.

Time slow down when benching. That's the Anabolic Time Chamber effect. I guess as long I'm making consistent progress with the same form the name I give to the exercise doesn't really matter right?

Squat weights are not challenging so it's easy to sit there and take a poop.

Usually depends on who works there when you train. It goes from punk to hip hop to metal and the fitness motivation playlist kind of music. It's a 24 hour gym and the gym owner was sleeping/resting in his office so when I reached my volume sets on bench I put some periphery until I was done.

Would not recommend rsr. It was hard on my hips
