I was squatting up to 260 but form was off so i backed off to 135 with stricter form.
Btw i do the 5/3/1 program so I dont know how i should adjust my program accordingly
Your squat technique shouldn't start to diminish until you approach fatigue. It's not a linear relationship, that is to say your technique won't worsen as you approach max weight. Your max weight should be the weight you can move without a significant impairment to technique. Yes it will be harder to maintain decent form at higher weights but that doesn't make it ok to pop a disc for the sake of getting 10 lbs on your pr
