Sweat suit won't change how much fat you burn, it will just change how quickly you dehydrate yourself and reduce blood plasma volume to the point where you pass out and start to suffer organ damage. In this scenario your weightloss depends on the intensity with which you cycle 30 minutes for in addition to your current metabolic rate (which is a function of age sex and lean body mass mostly). It is entirely plausible that if your metabolic rate is only 1400 kcal per day (I doubt you're that small) and you cycle at an intensity such that you only burn 250 kcal in that half hour, you're still at a daily caloric surplus of 350kcal which would be more like 2/3 of a lb of weight GAIN every week.

answer: depends on the intensity
don't wear a sweatsuit.
you need to combine the exercise with eating less to see noticeable results
I've been using the sweatsuit and i've been seeing great results. I don't have a stomach no more. I don't think you guy's know what you're talking about. That's why i put only write if you've experienced it you'reself not from what you've heard.
