I am starting a 1 month 30min cardio excersize routine pertaining to the stationary bike. I was wondering if i'm 175lbs 5.6 and eating 2,000 calories a day roughly how much weight will i lose in that period of time. I just want to know that. I will be doing this routine with a sweat suit on, It's much similar to a black thick plastic trash bag around the body.

Sweat suit won't change how much fat you burn, it will just change how quickly you dehydrate yourself and reduce blood plasma volume to the point where you pass out and start to suffer organ damage. In this scenario your weightloss depends on the intensity with which you cycle 30 minutes for in addition to your current metabolic rate (which is a function of age sex and lean body mass mostly). It is entirely plausible that if your metabolic rate is only 1400 kcal per day (I doubt you're that small) and you cycle at an intensity such that you only burn 250 kcal in that half hour, you're still at a daily caloric surplus of 350kcal which would be more like 2/3 of a lb of weight GAIN every week.

answer: depends on the intensity

don't wear a sweatsuit.

you need to combine the exercise with eating less to see noticeable results
