felt good after workout, so tried (for the first time in 6 months) some heavy deads/squats i was at 235 squat for 6 :'(

deadlift at 225 my estimated 1rm is around 285-290 I pulled 275 but it won't upload right now :(

I forgot to keep my head down/in line with my body for the deadlift

i could crush u in a fight and my workouts consist of solely pullups with 105 lbs added
