it only happens when i work out, usually doing bicep curls or a few other arm exercises. it feels like the ulna bone is weak on both arms and has been happening for about 2 weeks.

my initial thought was that i wasn't having enough calcium, but I have ~800ml of full fat milk a day and my multivitamin includes 20% RDA of calcium.

anyone had this?

Ulna like outer one??? I also had this pain when curling near 8rm etc mostly with thee straight barbell/preachers, I stopped doing em for a long time and now they're fine to do

thats the radius, not going to guess in the dark as you didnt mention where on the ulna it hurted

my understanding is that the ulna IS the outer bone. it usually hurt from just below the wrist to near the elbow

the radius is the bone which is on the same side as your thumb lol

that makes the ulna the one that extends from your little finger, which is the outer part of the forearm which i was (correctly) referring to :)
