I just started taking it.

Realistic expectations?

I am 5'9, 195 pounds. My ideal weight is 160-165.

I suck and I don't eat well. An improvement for me is eating tater tots and chipotle instead of fried rice and McDonald's.

I run 2-3 miles twice a week on an elliptical.

wikipedia says no studies back its benefits

they also suggest hepatotoxicity so i would stay away until more is found out

there is no shit that will help you lose ur weight, this thing may help u LEAN ur muscles but not to loose 30 pounds of pure fat
best way is to go this way :
diet : high protein/zero carbs/REALLY LOW fat like 20 grams per day for the healthy life and power u need for the day also the protein and fat should be HEALTHY protein and fat not harsh food
training : run everyday 1 hour do 15 minutes break walking and then run 1 more hour
