best way is to go this way :
diet : high protein/zero carbs/REALLY LOW fat like 20 grams per day for the healthy life and power u need for the day also the protein and fat should be HEALTHY protein and fat not harsh food
training : run everyday 1 hour do 15 minutes break walking and then run 1 more hour
