up ur ego and go for better body not for more plates into ur deadlift this is the best advice i can give you lol
1. deadlift wont help you irl
2. deadlift wont increase ur punches if u are trying to gain strenght from deadlift lol
3. heavy lifting wont gain muscle, do at least 5 reps for gains
