BULLSHIT.

1. you need to eat protein for pre workout to feed and prepare your body with amino acids and stimulate the muscle growth
2. you need to eat a little bit fast carbs or drink a pre workout shake for the power and strenght during the training
of course you should not eat 5 cups of rice or w/e to be not able to walk while u train but it doesnt mean u should not eat 2 hours before working out and having stomache issues and think about food all the time and not focussing on your workout , so best way is to do a small meal with just protein and drink a pre workout shake or eat 1x banana

u mirin ? where is the sense of staying on empty stomache before training, of course u should not eat like a pig before workout but having a small meal of protein and drinking a pre workout shake is the best way to go for, ive tried it, im doing it and it works fine for me and for the people i helped in real life
